Ally & Jarrod | A Floral Extravaganza
It comes as no surprise to learn that one of our recent brides is a florist. Ally, who married the love her life, Jarrod, created a floral extravaganza for their recent wedding at the Farm House, and it left jaws dropping.
The blooms were definitely not an afterthought at the wedding of Ally and Jarrod. However, while the flowers were major stars on the day, they didn’t overshadow the beautiful bride and her handsome groom. The choice of soft colours and a variety of blooms created a eye catching yet harmonious floral display.
Ally’s two piece wedding ensemble from Grace Loves Lace was made from delicate embossed fabric that showcased her beauty with modern elegance. While her bouquet featured large blooms in a striking display, the soft pastel shades ensured it did not overpower her or her outfit. The flowers were a focal point but all eyes were fixated on the stunning bride.
The Gold Coast Farm House was the ideal location for Ally and Jarrod’s wedding. Tina and Doruk from Lovelenscapes Photography captured the day utilising all that the Farm House has to offer.
Beginning in the house itself, the vintage accents offset the relaxed and timeless mood that the couple so effortlessly created. The men wore neutral linen and earth tones which worked perfectly with the vintage leather, aged timber, and antique gold details throughout the house.
Ally utitised the antique gold mirror for stunning pre ceremony photos that beautifully showcased her breathtaking gown and flowers. Lovelenscapes captured her calm composure with their natural direction and relaxed approach. Joy, love, and happiness shone through in every photo of the couple and their loved ones.
Ally and Jarrod approached their Farm House wedding like no couple had before. Not only was it visually unique, but they utilised the grounds in a way that we had not seen before. The ceremony was held just off to the side of the gazebo with the lush forest serving as a natural backdrop for Ally’s beautiful floral displays. After the ceremony, guest were treated to refreshments in the nearby gazebo as they congratulated the newlyweds.
With a focus on flowers, Ally and her bridesmaids wore white dresses that looked effortless and chic; perfect for a summer wedding. Each of her bridal party carried a different bouquet of a single type of flower, with Ally’s bouquet bringing them all together in the prettiest collection of summer blooms.
Hair and makeup was soft and romantic with Ally’s simple style creating the perfect foundation for her beautiful pearl tiara and sheer veil. The bridesmaids wore minimal jewellery, allowing Ally’s statement earrings to command all the attention. The styling was absolutely perfect for an outdoor summer wedding with a stunning natural backdrop.
Blessed with perfect weather, Ally and Jarrod took advantage of the incredible locations dotted throughout the grounds of the Farm House for their wedding photo shoot. Tina and Doruk from Lovelenscapes Photography were treated to the lush backdrop of the National Park and natural highlights around the property. They beautifully captured the couple with all the elements of nature and Ally’s stunning styling creating the most incredible images.
Once the formalities were complete, guests were able to relax in alfresco style as the sun began to set. It was the perfect summer soiree with a variety of spaces for the group to mingle, drink, and dine. The party continued under the tipi and the stars, with plenty of space for revellers to retreat to when they needed time out from dancing.
