- Waterfall fairy lights on grass (including full use of deck and kitchen in house)
- Complete use of furniture including set up and pack down (includes lawn games & wireless PA system)
- 5 beautiful ceremony locations to choose from - Point of the Lake, Gazebo, Large Fig Tree, The Pier or Large Pine Tree
- Signing table and chairs
- Ceremony chairs with enough chairs supplied for all guests
- Wedding venue co-ordinator for the day
- Exclusive use of our 60 acre property for your wedding
- Full use of the house to get ready in from 10am
- Venue co-ordinator meeting 1 month prior to wedding
- Animal friendly venue
- Golf buggy available for transportation of guests requiring assistance and for bridal portraits (driven by staff)
- Exclusive discounted rates for Broadbeach & Surfers Paradise accommodation
- Should there not be a wedding the day before or after, you can add on a night at the Farm House ($800 per night, sleeps 6)
- 52 seater bus (2 way) pick up from Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach or Burleigh (bus departs our venue at 10:30pm)
- Catering & drinks not included (RSA staff are required to serve all alcohol)

How you celebrate is entirely up to you, our team caters to both sit-down dinner styles or cocktail events on our deck.

Our deck is lit by multiple warm ceiling lights and decorated with fairy lights.
Is catering included?
Our packages do not include food or drink as we want to give you the flexibility to decide on your food options. We do have a list of catering companies and food vendors we recommend for your wedding day!
