The Gold Coast Farm House is located in the picturesque Numinbah Valley, near Springbrook. The beauty of this wedding venue is its secluded and quiet location. The property is walled in green with the national park forming a border around the cleared lawns and Farm House. It is an oasis in the Hinterland, offering couples a unique experience to celebrate their wedding in nature.
While this seclusion is idyllic, it can come with challenges. Our experts have streamlined transportation and accommodation to ensure you and your guests are looked after while on the Gold Coast. We host a minimum of four weddings each week, so our team has perfected the logistics for an efficient and stress-free experience.
Guest Accommodation & Transportation
With limited accommodation available near the venue, we recommend your wedding guests stay in one of the main coastal locations of Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise. The Farm House partners with major hotels, providing quality accommodation at reduced rates. These preferred hotels are close to all amenities including shops, light rail, restaurants, and of course, the beach.

Your guests will love getting ready in style and returning to a luxurious room at the end of the long day and night. Our transportation company picks up guests nearby in luxury coaches to move your party from the coast to the country. On completion of the evening, your guests will be returned safe and sound back to their hotels. Taxis, Uber, and other ride share options do not service the Numinbah Valley, so it is important that you communicate this to your guests to avoid disappointment. There is plenty of space on site for parking for those who prefer to drive.

The Farm House for Couples & Guests
The Farm House is available for use on the day of your wedding from 10am until our 10.30pm curfew. You and your wedding party are invited to get ready in the beautifully restored Queenslander. You are welcome to use it throughout the day and into the evening as a place of respite, to change your outfit, or to freshen up. You’ll want to have photos taken in this stunning space, so be sure to discuss this with your photographer.
The Queenslander also offers a space for guests with unique requirements. Elderly guests may wish to take time out from the raucous sounds of the party to relax in cozy comfort. You have full use of the well-appointed kitchen to make tea, coffee, and other refreshments if you or your guests need some time out. In winter, the fire can be lit to create a warm and toasty retreat for when you need a break from the festivities.
If you have guests with children, the Farm House is fully equipped with beds and lounges for napping. Parents of infants may want to use the Queenslander for changing or feeding their little ones. The Farm House offers a private and peaceful location to attend to the needs of younger guests and their families. Once again, the kitchen is available for heating bottles and preparing food if necessary.

Transportation for Couples
The Farm House has seen a variety of creative transport choices for couples arriving at the property and ceremony locations. From motorbikes to Kombi vans, limousines to helicopters, we’ve seen it all. There have even been brides on horseback and sitting in sidecars. You are only limited to your imagination (and budget) when it comes to arriving at your wedding in style.
Our preferred vendor list includes popular and reliable options for small group transportation to the Gold Coast Farm House. Of course you are not limited to these suggestions, but rest assured these providers have proven to be reliable and come highly recommended by our couples.

On Site Transport
Due to the vast size of the property, we offer on site options for transporting you and your guests around the grounds. Our coordinators will chauffer you in one of our buggies so you can reach your destination easily. Discuss your transportation needs at your coordinator meeting so we can have everything ready for you on the big day.
